Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in electrical, low‑voltage, or communication infrastructure construction.
• Minimum of 7 years as a Superintendent on large industrial or data center projects.
• Experience leading field crews up to 75 personnel on complex projects.
• Strong safety record with OSHA considerations and field leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for structured cabling, fiber optic, and low‑voltage systems.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan daily construction activities to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Oversee cable tray, ladder rack, conduit, and equipment rack installations.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, and general contractor teams.
• Hold daily planning meetings and toolbox talks with crews.
• Enforce safety culture and OSHA compliance on site.
• Review drawings and shop drawings to support field execution and avoid issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
• Prepare daily reports on workforce, progress, and safety observations.
