Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead field execution for data center infrastructure and AI compute deployments across the United States. You will manage daily field plans, manpower, quality, safety, and client coordination while guiding multi-shift teams of technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, structured cabling, network infrastructure, or related field operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading field crews as superintendent, foreman, or equivalent.
• BICSI certification preferred (RCDD, RTPM, DCDC, or Installer).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, cable schedules, rack elevations, and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center construction, deployment, remediation, and service projects.
• Own the daily field plan, manpower alignment, task sequencing, and production goals.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and assigned field crews.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and production reviews.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, access, and site readiness.
• Review scopes, drawings, rack elevations, MOPs, runbooks, and client standards.
• Monitor progress, schedule performance, and risk escalation.
• Inspect work for quality, labeling, cabling, and safety compliance.
