Aufgaben

• Receives routine and emergency calls and dispatches the proper law enforcement, fire, or EMS units.
• Operates a variety of electronic equipment to communicate with personnel and units and maintain dispatch accuracy.
• Interviews callers to determine the nature of the concern and provides information as the situation develops; provides pre-arrival medical instruction.
• Maintains communications logs and reports with call details, actions taken, and times involved.
