Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Laborer to support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available. You will help with safety, efficiency, and the installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom cables.

Responsibilities include stocking tools, moving equipment, coordinating with crew leaders, and performing routine maintenance. The role requires 0–3 years of telecommunications labor and willingness to become a certified

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber.
• 0–3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under crew direction.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities before work begins.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with shovels and mechanical tools as required.
• Direct and flag traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call or after‑hours duties as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet deadlines.
• Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
