Communications Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew in the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials. The role involves carrying tools, assisting with equipment, and adhering to safety and DOT guidelines.

Applicants should be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a high school diploma or GED. A valid state driver’s license is required, with willingness to become a pole climber certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
