Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials. You will provide tools and materials to crew members and move equipment as directed, while ensuring safety and door-tagging requirements are met each day.

The role requires being 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to become a certified pole

Qualifications

• Minimum labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Previous telecommunications labor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
