Communications Construction Group, LLC in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking a Telecommunications Laborer to support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available. You will assist with tools, vehicles, and safety compliance to keep operations efficient.

The role requires 0–24% field contribution with potential overtime, and a commitment to working in various weather conditions. DOT guidelines and safety standards are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the company.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber.
• DOT physical commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under the crew leader.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts before daily work begins.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with shovels and tools.
• Direct traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call duties as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet deadlines.
• Assist with tool and equipment maintenance.
