Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Laborer in Rahway, NJ to support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available, with safety and efficiency at the forefront. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, moving equipment under direction, and coordinating notifications before daily work.

The role requires 18+ years, US work authorization, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and willingness to become

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under the direction of the crew leader.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities are completed before work begins each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with shovels and mechanical tools as required.
• Direct and flag traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
