Pauley Construction in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Laborer Telecom Underground III w/CDL for field work. You will dig, install and maintain underground telecom cabling, climb in/out of equipment, and work around heavy machinery on a dynamic crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL required.
• 3 years of underground telecom construction experience or related field.
• Valid State driver’s license with clean record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• May work overtime; weekends or be on-call as needed.
• May travel in state or overnight as necessary.
• Regular and timely attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Climb in/out of equipment and operate around heavy machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safe working habits per regulations and procedures.
• Provide intermediate-level support and mentor laborers.
• Complete detailed production reports and project records.
• Assist with site restoration including final grading and landscaping.
• Train Level I and II laborers to improve skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
