Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years in underground telecommunications construction or related field.
• CDL required and valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Proven leadership to direct workflow and produce quality results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Lead small teams and train Level I/II laborers.
• Complete production reports and assist with site restoration.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
