Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for its telecom construction team. You will oversee crews, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining safe, productive operations.

You will manage equipment and materials, enforce company safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations, and provide updates to supervision. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and effective communication in dynamic field conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; work experience may supplement
• At least three years of related foreman or field supervisor experience
• Previous foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control heavy equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates
• Oversee training of crew members
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and perform equipment maintenance
• Work in all weather conditions
