You will read blueprints, train crew members, and coordinate with the supervisor on daily activities. Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Talk with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
