Pauley Construction, LLC in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Entry-Level Foreman for Telecom Underground duties. The role involves leading a crew, coordinating field operations, safety, documentation, and customer interface at project sites across the West US.

Strong emphasis on safety, communication, and production monitoring. The position requires 3+ years of related work experience and a valid driver’s license; Foreman experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Shoveling, digging, handling and operating construction equipment.
• Excavation operations including operating equipment and transportation of equipment if needed
• General oversight over work direction within a crew or a group of sub-contractors.
• Assisting in securing site; employees and safety
• General maintenance
• General utility installation/repair
• Assists with as-builds and ensures attention to detail and high quality work
• May assist supervisor in administrative tasks relating to hiring and interviewing employees.
• Other duties as assigned
