Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunication systems, while ensuring safety policies and project timelines are followed.

The role involves training crew members, reading blueprints, and coordinating with property owners. You will also operate heavy equipment and work in all weather conditions to complete daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
