Pauley Construction is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage multiple crews, coordinate pre-construction activities, and enforce safety and productivity metrics on telecom projects in the field and office settings.

The role requires strong leadership, communication with city inspectors and customers, and the ability to maintain records, safety audits, and on-time project delivery. Excellent safety culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding teams to meet production goals.
• Ability to coordinate with managers and customers on projects.
• Strong emphasis on safety policies and compliance with OSHA/DOT.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews in meeting daily production goals and maintains production records.
• Coordinates with direct manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner per policy.
• Ensures compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements for each crew.
• Investigates accidents and supports safety meetings and trainings.
• Maintains equipment, staffing, training, and performance of employees.
• Communicates equipment needs and ensures fleet gate checks within 45 days.
• Interfacing with customers to discuss needs and job details.
