Pauley Construction in Prescott Valley and Flagstaff is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety, coordinate crews (2–8), manage pre-construction meetings, read blueprints, and interface with inspectors; the role may involve operating equipment and travel within state.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the United States
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to attend required training
• May work overtime, nights, holidays; travel may be required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous Foreman experience preferred
• 6-12 months of work-related experience in utility construction/telecom or laborer work

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Shoveling, digging, handling and operating construction equipment
• Excavation operations including operating equipment
• General oversight of work direction within a crew or subcontractors
• Assisting in securing site; employees and safety
• General maintenance
• General utility installation/repair
• Assists with as-builds and ensures attention to detail
• May assist supervisor in administrative tasks
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure compliance with safety policies (OSHA/DOT)
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
