Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in underground telecom installations and maintenance. You will ensure safety and adherence to project timelines while coordinating with supervisors and property owners.

Applicants should have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and the ability to work in all weather conditions on

Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience
• Foreman or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with safety protocols OSHA/DOT where applicable

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints to guide work.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
