Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC in Colorado is seeking a Laborer Telecom Underground III to join our Telecom Underground team. You’ll lead small teams and perform highly skilled tasks, ensuring the successful completion of complex projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role covers all phases of underground construction, including loading, digging, installation and maintenance of telecommunications cabling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• 3 years of experience in underground telecommunications construction or a related field.
• CDL required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dig using hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in and out of equipment (trucks, cars, backhoes, trenchers).
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with crew members to ensure safe movement.
