Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking an entry-level Foreman for the Telecom Underground team in Centennial, CO. You will lead crews of 2–8 personnel, oversee excavation operations, and coordinate with inspectors and customers to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, material management, and daily reporting. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass background checks, and be willing to work OT, nights, weekends, or

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and company drug screening.
• May require after-hours, weekends, or overnight work as needed to complete tasks.
• Prior Foreman experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Operate and supervise excavation and related construction equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and supervisors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain safety records, progress reports, and daily logs.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising crew members.
