Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (ICS) seeks a Telecom Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, including tracking inmate complaints and ensuring timely responses.

You will repair or replace broken telephone sets and provide weekly updates on phone system status, repairs, and open items. The role requires 3+ years in a high-tech environment with strong hardware, software management, and networking skills, with OT and non-standard shifts possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment with hardware, software, and networking skills.
• Overtime and non-standard schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interface for facility system inquiries, tracking and managing inmate inquiries, complaints and responses.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and provide weekly status updates.
• Create and manage trouble tickets, RMA forms and track equipment replacements.
• Assist with reporting needs and training for new facility personnel.
