Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc., including Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and Courtesy Products, is seeking a Telecom Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries and to repair or replace broken telephone sets. You will provide weekly updates on phone system status and support inmate communications at correctional facilities.

The role requires strong customer service, high-tech maintenance skills, and the ability to work five days a week, eight hours per day on site, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience.
• 3+ years in a high tech environment with hardware, software, and networking skills.
• Overtime/non-standard schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries, grievances, and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN investigations.
• Assist facility investigative personnel with reporting needs.
• Coordinate planned site visits and materials delivery through facility security.
• Report generation to meet facility requirements.
• Provide weekly updates of phone system status and repairs.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets.
• Assist technical support with system troubleshooting.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair/equipment requests.
• Maintain tablet/onsite equipment inventory.
