Job summary

STEP CG seeks a Senior Network Solution Architect/Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales engagements, designing complex networking, security, and cellular solutions that translate customer needs into winning architectures. You will drive technical design, guidance, and documentation for winning proposals.

You will collaborate with STEP Account Managers and peers across the engineering team, stay current on industry trends, and mentor junior engineers while delivering best-in-class STEP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant networking and pre-sales engineering experience.
• Proficient in configuring L2/L3 networks and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales efforts providing STEP Account Managers, customers and peers technical design and guidance including creation of architecture and related materials.
• Create architecture designs and related BoMs, SOWs, and designs; ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay up to date on networking, security and cellular trends and advancements.
• Collaborate to deliver quality solutions across STEP teams and drive customer success.
