Job summary

SAPSF is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with extensive telecom experience to deploy services and collaborate with carriers on new offerings. The role emphasizes deep protocol knowledge, debugging skills, and effective client communication.

The ideal candidate will understand app-network integration, end-to-end RCS call flows, and bug lifecycle management across Android platforms. This position is based in the United States and involves close coordination with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years' telecom experience.
• Deploy services in the telecom domain.
• Collaborate with carriers to integrate new services via network architecture.
• Understand app integration to the network and configure services.
• Report bugs using bug reporting tools and understand deployment cycle.
• Articulate clear, concise responses to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• SIP and MSRP protocol expertise.
• IMS/RCS architecture knowledge.
• End-to-end RCS call flow, including one-to-one and group chat.
• Debug at protocol level (SIP, MSRP, TCP).
• Use tools like Wireshark for debugging.
• Android app debugging, capturing bug reports with logcat and adb.
• Bug reporting using bug tracking tools and lifecycle understanding.
