Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Service Delivery/Implementation teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Maintain service implementation timelines and uphold quality delivery standards.
• Coach and develop team members, set performance expectations and provide ongoing training.
• Develop and improve operational workflows, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with customers and vendor partners, managing escalation and ensuring clear communication during incidents.
