Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of VoIP, PSTN, Zoom Phone, and Contact Center platform administration.
Direct operational experience managing enterprise carrier systems (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and mobility platforms.
Applied experience managing ITIL processes within ServiceNow; strong vendor and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance global voice and PSTN services; own Zoom Phone and related platforms.
Support and administer Contact Center platforms; deliver KPI reporting and service quality improvements.
Oversee mobility operations with major carriers; manage device lifecycle and related workflows.
Maintain ServiceNow governance for telecommunications and UC services; ensure incident, change, and problem management.
