Job summary

You will own budgets and partner with sales, engineering, product, and customer success to enable a seamless client experience from kickoff to activation.

• 5–7 years’ experience in service delivery or telecom project management.
• Understanding of telecom service provisioning from sales handoff to activation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Delivery/Implementation teams and establish operating processes.
• Own project budgets, manage costs and track profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and customer success to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain Site Tracker data and remove bottlenecks to keep initiatives moving.
• Oversee end-to-end telecom service implementations from sales handoff to activation.
• Develop and improve workflows, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Provide proactive updates to leadership on progress, timelines, and risks.
