Qualifications

5–7+ years of sales experience in telephony, data and video systems.
Experience in consultative selling including pre-call prospecting, needs analysis, proposals and closing.
Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
Excellent time management and organization.
Experience selling to IT decision makers and influencers.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research and referrals.
Build relationships with local businesses, government officials and chambers to promote services.
Deliver face-to-face presentations with up-to-date product knowledge.
Collaborate with IT/Ops teams to ensure service levels meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and revenue opportunities.
Schedule installs and upgrades with the installation team.
