Job summary

Antietam Broadband is seeking an energetic Business Sales Executive to drive new revenue in Carroll County, MD. This on-site role requires building partnerships, delivering face-to-face presentations, and closing new business while collaborating with internal teams for service excellence.

The position offers uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $80,000–$95,000 and a signing bonus of $1,500. Full-time in-office located in Westminster/Hagerstown area.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience in telephony, data and video systems.
• Experience in consultative selling, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, presentations and closing.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Understanding Metro E Fiber access, managed network services and cloud solutions (DRaaS, UCaaS, SECaaS, IaaS).
• Experience with IT Managed Service Providers and selling to business IT decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business development opportunities and build local partnerships.
• Develop relationships with businesses, community groups and local government to promote services.
• Deliver in-person sales presentations on Antietam Broadband products.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels meet expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing for direct mail and digital marketing opportunities.
