143 Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Job Setup Administrator to support telecommunications construction operations. The role focuses on setup and maintenance of projects and contracts within Viewpoint, ensuring accurate work orders, contract requirements, billing rates, and project structures to support operations, billing, financial reporting, and controls.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Division Leaders, Construction Supervisors, Finance, Billing, and

Competenze

• Detail oriented role requiring accurate data entry and audits.
• Ability to interpret customer work orders, contracts and pricing schedules.
• Experience with ERP and contract administration is a plus.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain project records in Viewpoint Job Master and Contract Master.
• Set up project phase codes, WBS, contract values, and billing rates.
• Ensure setups comply with customer requirements and company standards.
• Support invoicing and revenue recognition with accurate data.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits of project data.
