Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help track milestones, validate dates, and coordinate between internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes accurate data, timely updates, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, and vendor teams. 1-3 years in telecom or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
