French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our Telecommunications Department at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will oversee telecom infrastructure projects, strengthen client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to proposals and business development within a fast-growing engineering firm.

The role requires 10+ years in telecom/infrastructure project delivery, a NJ PE license, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing telecommunications, utility, or infrastructure projects in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of fiber optic, wireless facilities, utility coordination, and permitting processes.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and client management.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, utilities, regulatory agencies, and carriers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Revit, and other design/analysis software.
• PE license in NJ required; PMP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications projects including small cell deployments, fiber optic infrastructure, and wireless facilities.
• Serve as primary client contact, mentor junior staff, and drive proposals and BD initiatives.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Oversee preparation/review of engineering plans, permit applications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
