Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil/Site Department and manage complex site engineering and land development projects. You will strengthen client relationships and help build a long-term career with one of the Northeast’s fastest-growing engineering firms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey.
• Experience testifying before municipal boards as an expert witness.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of cross-selling services.
• Ability to manage project QA/QC and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close relationship with clients and identify opportunities for extensions and new projects.
• Identify leads for cross-selling with other FPA departments and coordinate results with the Department Manager.
• Oversee proposals and project financial performance, manage risk and QA/QC.
• Lead client development efforts and education on contract issues when required.
• Prepare proposals and budgets, coordinating with Marketing Services and other technical disciplines.
• Establish project work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing; ensure timely billing and receivables.
