Job summary
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will serve as a trusted partner to municipal clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and mentor staff.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in municipal engineering, a NJ Professional Engineer license, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of municipal engineering/public infrastructure design and delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey required.
- Proven experience managing municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and overall project delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead client/public meetings.
- Oversee design, reviews, and construction administration activities.
- Mentor junior staff and support business development as needed.
