French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Civil/Site Department at our headquarters in Wall Township, NJ. This role leads complex site engineering and land development projects, strengthens client relationships, and drives growth across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will oversee proposals, project financial performance, and risk management while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering and Land Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience testifying before municipal Boards as an expert witness.
• Track record of cross-selling multi-discipline services.
• Strong risk management awareness and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development efforts and manage RFQ’s and proposals.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor staff and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Provide leadership from pursuit through design and construction support.
