French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Geotechnical Department in Wall Township, NJ. You will drive complex projects, mentor technical staff, and strengthen client relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive geotechnical project management experience, a NJ PE license, and a track record of delivering high-quality results for diverse infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey required.
• Geotechnical site investigations and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects from inception through completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies, providing technical direction.
• Oversee design and analysis of foundations, slope stability, soil-structure interaction, and groundwater management.
• Mentor junior engineers, geologists, and technicians, ensuring professional development.
• Prepare and review geotechnical investigation reports, feasibility studies, and specifications.
• Ensure high quality control and timely project deliverables with constructive feedback.
• Develop project budgets, track costs, and monitor schedules.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and support marketing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety/environmental standards.
