Segra is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Albuquerque location to lead a team in telecommunications projects. The role requires a strong background in managing technical teams, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecommunications is required.
• Must have experience working with Excel.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team performing telecommunications installation tasks of high technical difficulty.
• Provide daily guidance and supervision to Field Operations Technicians.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance/trouble tickets.
