Job summary

Segra is seeking a Project Manager II for our Kansas City, MO office in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two remote days per week. The role focuses on launching and managing multiple telecom projects, acting as the primary liaison with customers, and ensuring timely implementation with cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in PM or similar, with at least 3 years of telecom PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with PM focus or 3+ years PM experience.
• Minimum 3 years in the telecom industry.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with telecom network technologies.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all project phases.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and coordinate internally.
• Communicate proactively across all affiliated teams and stakeholders.
