Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II to join us in a full-time capacity in our Kansas City, MO office. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

The Project Manager II will lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple telecom projects, act as the liaison between Segra and customers, and ensure timely execution while coordinating across internal teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years PM experience in telecom.
• Minimum 3 years telecom industry experience.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience.
• Strong MS Office and network tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from launch to lifecycle management.
• Liaise between Segra and customers across all project phases.
• Ensure timely management of implementation activities.
• Communicate proactively across all internal teams.
