Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer for Lone Tree/Pueblo, CO, to manage day-to-day network activities including installation, testing, and turn-up of equipment. You will work onsite five days a week and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable transport and IP/Data networks.

The role requires telecom equipment knowledge, 5+ years experience, and an Associate degree or technical field background.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of telecom equipment and networks.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with telecom equipment.
• Associate's degree or technical field preferred; applicable experience tolerated.
• Cisco and/or Ciena equipment experience preferred.
• AC/DC core fundamentals; good driving record; Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission telecom equipment and devices.
• Turn-up circuits/nodes and test Ethernet/IP networks.
• Support preventive maintenance and on-call duties; interface with customers and technicians.
