Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee defined region's daily production including supervision of crews.
• Develop employees and plan performance improvements.
• Handle customer requests professionally and timely.
• Manage vendors and contract pricing with approvals.
• Support hiring, coaching, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
