• Ensures safety compliance and worker safety programs in coordination with Safety.
• Maintains stakeholder communications to monitor customer satisfaction.
• Drives continuous process improvement for efficient service delivery.
• Analyzes KPIs and drives accountability to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversees scheduling and quality control to meet timeliness promises.
• Supports project management for smooth handoffs and documentation flow.
• Onboards subcontractors and manages workforce according to demand.
• Seeks new business opportunities and participates in bid compilation and negotiations.
• Aligns activities with financial goals and company procedures.
