Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking a Telecom Manager to organize, direct, and supervise regional construction activities, including subcontractor compliance and safety controls. You will coordinate scheduling, vendor relations, and communications as the liaison across Star Construction to manage production, progress and delays.

You will lead daily production through supervisors and crews, support employee development, and ensure professional handling of customer requests while upholding contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or related field.
• 3–5 years of telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a defined region’s construction activities and supervise crews.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and safety controls.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet timelines.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and company policies.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance planning.
• Manage major suppliers and subcontractor agreements; obtain approvals.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain business continuity.
• Address customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform other managerial tasks as assigned.
