Job summary

Metronet Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager in Texas to lead assigned projects and own the budget, timelines, and client satisfaction. You will guide the project team, interface with customers, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires deep telecom construction knowledge, budgeting and scheduling expertise, and a minimum of ten years in OSP network design/construction. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in construction management, electrical or civil engineering preferred.
• Ten or more years of telecommunications OSP network design and construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction, project budgeting, scheduling, cost reporting and field office operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand contracts and requirements for each project.
• Create and execute project work plans, schedules, and budgets; acquire resources as needed.
• Assign duties to project management staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget project completion and accurate progress reporting to customers.
• Communicate project status, changes, and requirements to internal/external stakeholders; serve as technical expert on specifications.
