Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Leadership and training skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction work meets customer and industry specs, and that employees work safely and productively.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff on construction practices to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract labor and crews.
• Assign and track materials needed for daily operations.
• Audit construction work for compliance with specs and safety practices.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in working areas.
• Review production reports, material usage, and maintain accurate as-built maps.
• Travel as required to support projects.
