Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast-paced and rewarding job is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

This is a regional position. Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Derry, New Hampshire area.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and efficiency checks on equipment.
• Upgrade or modify HVAC components as needed.
• Respond to service calls including emergency calls promptly.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate a vehicle safely per company policies.
