Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install components of entire systems.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Carry out maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including emergency call-outs.
• Complete daily work reports timely and accurately.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle per safety policies.
