Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional position requires residence within 60 miles of Northampton, MA and substantial travel.

Candidates must have EPA certification (Level 2 or Universal) and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. Strong communication skills and ability to travel are essential, with after-hours or weekend calls possible.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair or install components.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including emergency calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
