Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This role favors responsible, self-directed individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry, with a regional footprint within 60 miles of Northampton, MA.

Core duties include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cooling systems; performing regular checks; responding to calls (including after hours); and maintaining daily

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification (Required).
• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components incl. refrigeration systems.
• Effective verbal and email communication required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC systems on telecom shelters.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
• Upgrade or maintain equipment as needed, including out-of-season work.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Safely operate a company vehicle per policies.
