Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This role favors responsible, self-directed individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry, with a regional footprint within 60 miles of Northampton, MA.

Core duties include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cooling systems; performing regular checks; responding to calls (including after hours); and maintaining daily

Qualifications

Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification (Required).
Minimum 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components incl. refrigeration systems.
Effective verbal and email communication required.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC systems on telecom shelters.
Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
Upgrade or maintain equipment as needed, including out-of-season work.
Respond to service calls promptly, including emergencies.
Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
Safely operate a company vehicle per policies.
