Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

This is a regional position. Candidates should reside 60 miles of the Ridgefield Park, New Jersey area.

Qualifications

Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

Maintaining cooling systems - diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies.
