Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that suits individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and eager to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Portland, Oregon area.

Qualifications

Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
